The "Elite Legion Rotation Training" is a signature initiative of Beijing Xinyazhong Property Service Co., Ltd. for talent cultivation. It is held three to four times a year, and representatives from various branches and project departments across the country are selected to participate. The training had a clear theme, with topics set according to the organizational structure, legal regulations, specific procedures, and rights and obligations of relevant organizations for emergency response in European airports. It was close to the reality of domestic airports and highly targeted. While introducing the practices and experiences of European airports, the instructors added teaching content based on the participants' requirements, fully elaborated on the topics, and put forward suggestions for Chinese airports. The training site was filled with a warm atmosphere. The instructors were enthusiastic and patient, and the participants were attentive. Along with theoretical learning, the trainees conducted a large number of case analyses, work exchanges, and experience sharing, which were close to the actual needs of member airports.
