China Railway Construction Xifu International Project is an international boutique residential project created by China Railway Construction Real Estate in Taiyuan. The project was developed in 2018 and is located at the intersection of West Central and North Central, serving as a three-dimensional transportation hub connecting bustling areas. The project is adjacent to Xinghua commercial district and occupies the mature land in Beicheng. At the same time, it is located in the humanities and lifestyle section of the University of Science and Technology, with a strong humanistic atmosphere. Surrounded by ecological parks such as Yuquan Mountain Suburban Forest Park, Xishan Lily Ecological Park, and Yifen Park, we aim to create a fresh and green urban environment.

Project overview

This project collaborated with Xinyazhong in 2021, providing services including daily cleaning and garbage collection for residential buildings, apartments, and underground parking lots. In long-term cooperation, our company's consistent high-quality service and efficient response mechanism have been recognized by customers. In May 2024, we also cooperated with the China Railway Construction Huayu City project. We will regularly communicate with customers, collect feedback on their opinions and needs, and continuously optimize service quality based on feedback to improve service quality.
