Zhangjiakou Aurora Bay Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Nanshan Industrial Park, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, with a total area of 226000 square meters. The factory is planned to have three machining production lines for cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, and crankshafts, a high-pressure direct injection fuel distributor assembly line, an interior assembly line, an exterior assembly line (including AGV automatic guided vehicles), an ignition hot test bench, and a dynamometer (taking into account product quality testing and R&D durability testing). All three machining production lines have been put into mass production. It is the only engine factory of Volvo Cars in Asia, the second engine factory of Volvo Cars in the world, and the only overseas engine production base outside Sweden. In 2017, it was rated as one of the first national level green factories by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Project overview

Xinyazhong Company will provide comprehensive environmental services for Zhangjiakou Aurora Bay Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. starting from July 1, 2024. The service scope covers the daily cleaning of 12 professional production workshops, peripheral public facilities, office areas, and main roads, while also undertaking special tasks such as greening maintenance, garbage classification and removal, and regular cleaning of septic tanks. The service team establishes a standardized operating system, strictly implements equipment operation specifications and environmental hygiene standards, and ensures that the cleanliness of the production area meets the standards through customized cleaning solutions. After the service is launched, systematic training will be carried out to optimize the operation process, establish a preventive maintenance mechanism, and complete environmental basic rectification and achieve normalized control within two weeks. During the six-month service period, we maintained a zero complaint record in environmental management and were awarded the honor banner of "Efficient Cleaning Creating First Class, Collaborative Service Winning the Future" by the client. The service effectiveness was systematically verified through environmental monitoring data and regular service reports.
