Job responsibilities

1、 Supervise the work of various projects under the operation department, establish relevant quality requirements, and ensure the orderly and normal operation of each project.
2、 Assist each project in establishing and improving various rules and regulations, inspection standards, and organizing and coordinating their implementation.
3、 Responsible for conducting on-site operational inspections of various projects under its jurisdiction.
4、 Responsible for coordinating and managing the cost control, expense collection, and personnel management of various projects.
5、 Responsible for cooperating and guiding all projects under its jurisdiction to handle and report major complaints.
6、 Responsible for cooperating and guiding the area under its jurisdiction to complete the preparation of bidding documents, the investigation of new projects, and the development of implementation plans.
7、 Cooperate with the project manager to complete communication and coordination work with Party A.
8、 Coordinate, arrange and manage the work of this department.

Job requirements

1、 University degree or above, no major restrictions.
2、 At least 5 years of experience in the property service industry, and at least 3 years of experience in property operation project management.
3、 Has a certain ability to withstand pressure.
4、 Can adapt to frequent business trips.
5、 Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
